Willow Farmhouse is located on an elevated site overlooking the fertile valley between the village of Milford and Lough Fern, in County Donegal. It is surrounded by mature, native species trees and shrubbery. The house is very private, yet is within a short driving distance of all the amenities of the area. You are free to ramble along the farm lanes and discover the natural beauty of this area; and of course your family pet is very welcome too. Willow Farmhouse has family or small group accommodation for up to 10 guests in four double ensuite bedrooms and one single room. One of the double ensuite rooms is downstairs providing disability friendly accommodation. The property is VAS 2 standard accredited. Nursery equipment and an extra single bed can be provided on request. Willow Farmhouse features a spacious living room with an open fire, TV, DVD and radio CD player. There is also a sunroom/dining room with high pine ceiling and patio doors that lead to decking area. The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and hob oven. There is a full size sand arena, summer grazing and stables available on the farm. So you can bring your pony on holidays and enjoy this added facility. Milford is located in the northeast of the county and makes an ideal base for touring and sightseeing. It is within easy driving distance of the fabulous beaches at Downings and Rathmullan, and of all the amenities of Donegal's largest town, Letterkenny. For the golf enthusiast, the links courses at Portsalon and Rosapenna are among the finest in the country. Just outside the village is one of Donegal's finest trout waters, Lough Fern.
