Xinhua Book City (新华书店), Gongyuan Road (公园路) (Down a busy alley off Gongyuan Road. From Wuma Street head East over the road and take the first left. The Book City is on the right.). If you are looking for foreign books, it is unfortunate that Wenzhou does not have a store for foreign language books. However you will find some classics as well as plenty of Chinese literature, dictionaries and teaching resources. The Book City also includes a music department, a stationery department and an arts department.
