Yamagoya Ramen is a new eatery in Publika, with more than 140 eateries in Japan. The noodles are made in-house and the stock is made using pork bones flown from Japan. Yamagoya specializes in Kyushu ramen, a Hakata-style ramen which happens to be my favourite.
