Stunning views over Victoria Harbour are one of the best features of this fine restaurant, which over the last few years has established itself as a popular place for business lunches and relaxed evening meals. Seafood is flown in from all over the world, including oysters and Maine lobsters, which are served sautéed with black beans and fine noodles, gratineed with cheese or thermidor-style. The restaurant also has a sushi bar, which specialises in the freshest Japanese morsels. Although among the priciest restaurants in town, a visit to Yu is thoroughly worth every dollar spent.
