This local favorite specializes in soup noodles. You can choose between two kinds of soup stocks: fish or pork bone. However, their specialty is the fish soup stock. Their signature dish is the "exploding" shark meatballs noodles with fish soup. The balls are made of shark meat but be careful when you bite, because inside the ball is mince meat and tasty special sauce that can "explode" all over your clothes if you're not careful. To beat the crowds it's best to go before noon or after 2p for lunch and before 7p for the dinner.
