Surprisingly, Shenyang is home to some of China's largest and oldest shopping districts. Along with the massive Wu'ai Market, visitors looking for shopping and entertainment should take a walk down Zhong Jie for a selection of department stores, smaller boutiques, great restaurants and more. Zhong Jie is China's longest pedestrian street and also one of its oldest main commercial streets in continual use.
