Tripfactory provided us a good package of Singapore trip with cruise. They could get us a balcony rooms in cruise and also the hotel booked in Singapore was very close to little India. It helped us in getting Indian food all days.
The itenary provided was well planned and we made full use of the time we had in Singapore. pickups and drops were on time.
Only issue was with the timings of flight from Bangalore to Singapore and back, which was at odd time. It's not an issue with Tripfactory, but the way the flights are scheduled between these cities.

Excellent coordination, very good support and services. There was no issues from starting to the end . Enjoyed the holidays.

Hotel Review --- Good Hotels overall, few feedback.

1) Ibis Styles - Bomonti -- Good Clean hotel, but the hotel is far from any prime location, we had to spend a lot of money for too & fro travel for good indian restaurant, grand bazaar, spice bazaar or any other prime locations, no connectivity through metro.
2) Urgup evi cave hotel -- Amazing Cave hotel & good hospitality, but the hotel was under renovation, drilling activity, one room was full of dust, not clean, restaurant was not operational, for complimentary breakfast was arranged in another hotel.
3) Afflon hotels loft city -- Great location, opposite sea, walkable distances to any prime locations in antalya, eateries, only feedback is staff is not very friendly

We had a very good experience for our family trip to Turkey for 9 days.

Amazing experience of Hot air Balloon at Cappadocia, hot springs at Pamukkale, Scuba diving at Antalya, Grand bazaar & spice bazaar experience is a must for a Turkey visit.

Turkish Delights -- Baklava & Lokum is a must.

From day one to day seven everything went on systematically without any interruption. Enjoyed the trip at every moment.

Overall experience was good. First day could have planned in better way. We were asked to wait in Hotel Lobby in Bangkok for 5.5 Hours after travelling overnight with a kid. Had to pay extra 700 THB to get an accommodation for freshen up and rest.

It was a well coordinated trip. Kushal was our booking agent who was available immediately for any queries. Highly recommend trip factory

Good Experience....Good Service..

My trip was well managed. In particular was online support during the trip. The thing I did not like was the tour planning. The flight timings did not consider hotel check in timings. We reached quite early but could not check in. When we reached HCM early morning we could not check in although tired because of night flight.Then the planning for the day. Eg first day at Ho Chi Minh City was kept for rest or our own moving around. No trip was planned. The second day was planned for visits. The third day again nothing planned except cruise dinner at night. This cruise dinner could have been kept on day one. Rest during day and evening cruise dinner. This way day 3 could have been utilised in much better way. Again next day flight was at evening/ night and we had to check out from the hotel.In short nothing to do and thrown out of hotel also.Similarly there were itineries which could have been planned to utilise the trip in moving around and seeing the place we have gone to aee.The hotel in Hanoi, Beryl Charm was same as those which are in Paharganj in Delhi.I would suggest not to suggest that hotel to anyone.Here also we reached early but no checkin as check in is late. Then nothing for the day.What to do in a new place for full day?

Overall, it was a great experience of holidays in Singapore. My travel advisor, Daphni, did a good job of customizing and arranging itinerary as per our needs.

My Trip was organised by Suman from Tripfactory. He has been very accomodative and ploite from Day-1 when I wanted a completely customised trip to Bali as per my requirements. He gave everything that I wanted from the hotels, to the experiences to the flights as per my desires. The prices were also very genuine and overall the experience has been wonderful. Over all good. Except that the Hotel in Havelock which is Heywizz was substandard. The so called 4 star hotel is not worth 2 star also since they have not maintained the Hotel . Eastern Gate at Port Blair was simply superb and deserves a 5 star rating. Nautika on return journey told us that the trip is cancelled and put us in Green Ocean 2 which was not as good as Nautika. The AC was not effective and it was very slow. It took more than 2 and half hours to reach back while on the onward journey by Nautika was only 1.35 minutes. And when we were waiting at Havelock we saw the so called CANCELLED NAUTIKA GOING FROM HAVELOCK..
Amazon Bliss is very good and Mr Bharthiraja have a excellent service to us. Over all very good. Arpitha is very prompt in attending to our calls and giviing a helping hand.

It was my first time experience to plan a holiday trip with TP. Suraj had been extremely patient and cooperative to assist me throughout my journey. I completely enjoyed and indeed cherish the memories and moments of this trip. However there some shortfalls which is experienced in the service beginning with the miscommunication with the Tp reps in the visiting country, lack of information on deposit demanded at the hotels for stay, very crucial information was missed out during bookig of my package which causedme inconvenienceof arranging more currency for additional expenses, miscommunication to staff at the sites of visit which caused unwanted delays in the uncomfortable weather for long time, cancelation of one of the site plan without prior intimation or much before the trip day started. Though these issues were sorted, yet as a single woman traveller made me uncomfortable and out of place for that moment. Had these major things were taken care off it wouldn't have been a problem at all. Whether as a customer I take low or high budget package for the trip, comfort and most importantly safety is of utmost importance as a woman. Overall I enjoyed my trip except for these shortfalls in the service.
