We had a great time in Dubai. It was an awesome experience. Every place we were taken was aweful except for dhow cruise where we had to wait for a long time after getting dropped at the place. Some of the guests were not respecting the time and we had to wait for a long time. This is something which should be noted when we are traveling on a shared basis. But overall it was really good. We liked the hotel, food and the traveling. Thank you for everything. Look forward to meet you again

I recently went to Kerala with my family through Trip Factory. This is one of my awesome trips. Bookings made by Trip factory are also good... Especially the cab driver who has taken us from Kochi Airport and dropped us at Kochi Airport... He is so good and polite with us... He has taken good care...of us... Also, the hotels are good... Food is good.. and overall its a nice experience

It was a great trip for us. Trip factory made even more easy n great. There was no single issue with my trip. Initially Ravi was handling our internity later he moved to representative Rakshitha, she is really helpful, anytime she is ready to respond to the queries. When we were in thailand also any small issues we used to call her and immediately she fond the resolution for it. With Rakshita we found our trip tention free, thank you Rakshita and thank you Trip factory. I already recommend many of my friends.

The only thing which i did not like about the trip was the accomodation provided was outside the main city where all tourist attractions are present. It takes time to travel each tourist attraction from the hotel which in turn increases the cost of travelling. Rest all was good. Please improve on the above mentioned point

Value for money. We could not expect more in the price we paid. Mr. Jitu Kataria ensured that everyone was comfortable. Geting Indian food in Turkey is a luxury by itself. The group members ( all Indian) were cooperative and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful trip.

This was our 2nd International family trip with Trip factory and the overall experience had been seamless and great throughout. Our special thanks and appreciation to trip advisor Vinay Krishna who had been cordial all thru the planning phase and accommodating additional changes to the itinerary as needed.
While the hotel had all amenities suggested and food offered was good, the daily maintenance of bathrooms could have been better as it was lacking for a 4-start hotel. Apart from this it was a memorable trip!

All over trip experience was good.our private cab driver Mr. Sukhdev was good and helpful. however request to check the hotel condition and reviews prior to suggesting to customers.

Overall it was good , most of the guide will take more entry fee from the pick up point itself , in Phuket one lady called Jenny wasted my 1hr just to upgrade to speed boat . Please avoid this kind of things, otherwise I would have rate 5

We had one of the best vacation. Planning and execution done well. All on boarding and of boarding went well without any hassle. It would have be better if we had our internal flight bit early in the day, so that we could have ample time to explore the cities. Stays given to us was excellent. Pick and drop of cab services was on time and drivers were friendly. Special thanks to Rakshitha C for all the support.
