to whosoever reading this, Trip factory is not a very well known travel agent or travel site. And one will hesitate to book with this company.
However, with much hesitation and worry i went ahead and booked my trip to Dubai with these guys, was worried as i was taking my parents with me and didn't want to face any hassle with parents being around.

But these guys aced it and executed their job in the best possible way.
Once you land at your respective destination the team is always available to assist all your queries on the app called "telegram"
the timings of pick ups and itinerary is very well taken care, the hotel provided and the staff there were also very good.

so next time wants to do a trip with an unknown or not so famous travel company, without hesitation you can choose trip factory.

This was my second time booking with Trip Fcatory after last year's Singapore trip. The package of 5N/6D Dubai from Mumbai was planned well by Nishanth. Nishanth made itinerary as per my requirement and provided multiple options to chose from. Excellent and hassle free family trip. Enjoyed thoroughly. The continuous update and personalised trip details and day wise reminder for pick up, drop, dos and don'ts over instagram show your care for your guest. Good selection of hotel with good spread of Indian vegetarian foods. My suggestion for AbuDhabi Ferrari World is that you should provide enough time to enjoy. May suggest for buying priority ticket during booking for thrill lovers. Lastly provide options for know your Seat In Coach family group, for interaction of interested family for more bonding and fun. Thanks again for excellent trip.

The tour was well organised. But always there is scope for improvement. First of all I would like to tell you that our experience with Dhoh cruise was not satisfactory. The was cruise was supposed to leave at 0830 pm and were in that place by 0650 pm. There is nothing to see much in that place and it amounted to wasting of our time by about one hour. We were allotted dining table in the lower deck which was a closed space and the ventilation was inadequate. It resulted in uneasiness within 30 minutes of the journey. The only good thing about the cruise was the dance show. The food quality and taste as you told earlier only was of moderate. Even if you skip from the itinerary, we wouldn't have regretted.

Day 2's city tour was okay. Desert safari started on time by 0300 PM and after the dune dash we were in the venue by 0430 PM. The show starts at 0700 PM. I suggest you to delay the schedule to 0330 PM instead of 0230 PM.

Abhudabhi tour was okay. Could have accommodated Ferrari park also in the itinerary . Louvre visit was exiting. If the family has predominantly young children (less than 10 year old, request you to avoid this visit. (Children enjoy Ferrari park visit than this.) The restaurant chosen for lunch was not good. (Lal Khilla) and were forcing us to opt for Buffet Lunch which costs 67 Dhirams. After the intervention of vehicle driver, reluctantly they were willing to provide the veg meals for 50 Dhirams. ( As we were not comfortable with their attitude we refused the meals there and went to another restaurant Bombay Chats in the city area which was fantastic (Both in taste and hospitality). Kindly recommend this hotel for vegetarian food. The visit to Grand mosque was also not a good experience. Our vouchers/online booking was not honoured and was made to stand in common Que which ended up in wasting of lot of time nearly an hour. In spite of following the dress code, females were asked to wear the Hijab (Burqua).

The visit to Burj Khalifa also ended up in wasting a lot of time in waiting. We were at the Dubai mall by 0345 PM and our visit was at 0830-0900 PM.(Average waiting time for the visit in que is 2 hours). If e planned better, we would have visited Dubai Aquarium also.

I suggest the tour itinerary has to be planned in such way that at least for two days we should get time for shopping at our choice in the evening. (Should be free by 0700 PM).

These are suggestions, not complaints. Throughout f the tour, the Telegram support was active and support team coordinated in the best possible way. We never felt isolated and away from the known people.

You have left sweet memories with us. The Hotel chosen was also quite satisfactory. The health of all our family members was well maintained throughout the tour. The way tour was organized and coordinated, I feel that you have a very good future and you keep coming up. Definitely we don't hesitate to plan another journey with you or recommend you to my other colleagues. Wishing you all the best

Hello Guys , we had a amazing trip to Dubai through trip factory. All the arrangements were good and support team with a group chat on whereabouts was excellent. I would like to thank Sanchita (my trip advisor) for guiding me right through, As This was first trip from a travel agency.
Before booking I read reviews of trip factory in the internet. Some or more very negative. For smooth and hazel free trip I would recommend to take a local SIM card of that country with a internet activated so that this makes thins very very easy.

Final words is , This was an fantabulous trip with a effective team work . Thank you one and all who was involved in my trip arrangements.

I just completed my Dubai trip my first experience with any travel agency.. Trust me it was very mesmerizing amazing and truly worth the money spent.. Amazing coordination by trip factory team each day making it a very smooth and enjoyable experience without worries whether it's pick up or drop details ..coordinating with drivers.. Been on a 7 day/6 night tour of Dubai. I have say, I am very impressed with all the arrangements from Tripfactory.
I've been on trips through other travel organizers before and this was my first trip with Tripfactory, decided to go with them as they had a lot of flexibility with respect to the arrangements and even the quote that I got for the itinerary that I was wanted was the best among all the tour operators that I inquired.
Prakash our travel expert was very knowledgeable and gave very good recommendations to suit our requirements.
On the trip, everything was smooth, the telegram app is a real boon with all real time information shared on it. Any last minute changes that we requested for were also entertained and they were on top of things throughout the trip. The Atlantis stay was the highlight of the trip, which no other tour operator was providing at this price point.
Overall, we had a wonderful time, would definitely consider tripfactory for any further trips I take and would definitely recommend them.

I have been to Dubai trip for 5 Nights with my family. We had a memorable trip and had excellent fun.
The variety of places in Dubai for tourist is very high and each place is equally worth to visit. So whatever place you visit is marvelous and build beyond your expectation. As well it is maintained in very good manner.
We have covered Dhow Cruise Dinner, Desert Safari (superb fun at dune bashing), Ski Dubai, Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall, At the top Burj Khalifa, Grand Mosque Abu Dhabi, Warner Bro World, Legoland water park & Bollywood park. Each & every place visited was excellent and worth. Apart from the given package we also explored other places on our own like Dolphinarium, Gold Souk, Burjaman Mall etc.

For Trip factory -

Bads - 1) Tickets/Voucher not provided on time (We lost 1&1/2 Hour at ski Dubai as Trip factory team not shared the tickets on time)
2) Daily reminder for providing tickets

If you plan Dubai with trip factory below points to be noted -
1) Tourist get SIM card at Immigration only but should recharge it with enough data & Minutes in your phone to coordinate with team on telegram. They usually provide all details on time and its frustrating sometimes. (Usually the calling & data is costly in Dubai I have taken AED 110 tourist pack which was enough for me for 6 Days)
2) Kids below 90CM height are not allowed on majority of the rides in Theme parks. In that case you have to ride alone as one parent will takes care of kid. This takes time as there is a waiting of at least 15-20 Min on each ride. Knowing we are travelling with kid of 2&1/2 yrs Trip factory agents not informed this. Due to which we missed some rides because of time constraint. Nevertheless if you plan with the kids please take a note of this. My kid was 89Cm and he was not allowed.

Overall Dubai is land of artificial man made marvels with no nature touch,excellent mix culture, variety of food, lots & lots of shopping, and hot & humid weather........Trip factory is always recommended with some touch of improvement. This was my second trip with them after Bali.

Overall very satisfied. Nahila was a great communicator. She really helped plan the tour well. Visa was arranged within 2 days, Had absolutely no issue in Dubai with the transport arranged except on the last day when for airport drop had to wait almost an hour. Will recommend to anyone planning for oversees trips.

Had a good time in Dubai with family. This is my second trip with Trip Factory. Thanks, trip factory team. Thanks to Mr.Nishanth for organizing the trip. Telegram support during the trip is good & very useful. Am covering the entire trip in this review. We stayed in Golden Sands 5 (Good hotel, very good breakfast with choice for both Indian and continental food, the hotel is closer to Burjuman point, Shopping zone & restaurants). Day 1: Arrival + Check in hotel + Marina dhow cruise - Had a good time at Marina Dhow Cruise. Day 2: City Tour + Glow Garden - In city tour it would be nice if there is a stop at both Atlantis Hotel and Gold Souk. Glow Garden is just ok and the ticket price is too high. You can skip Glow Garden. Day 3: Miracle Garden + Bollywood Theme park - Miracle Garden is amazing and Bollywood is excellent, don't miss these two. Day 4: Abu Dhabi City tour + Ferrari World - Driver took us only to the Mosque & there was no city tour. Directly we were taken to Ferrari World and was given limited time in the Ferrari world. We were forced to come back by 6 pm though Ferrari World was open till 8 pm. We came to Ferrari world in the afternoon and we had to hurry to have lunch & finish events in Ferrari. We missed a few events & could not do shopping also. Better keep Abu Dhabi City tour on another day and Ferrari world for Full day. Day 5: Limousine Drive + Desert Safari: The limousine provided to us was very average. It was not a premium car at all. Inside it was below average. Don’t go for it. Desert safari was good. But the place where they took us after desert safari was too average, Food was horrible. Day 6: Dolphinarium Show + Aquarium + Underwater Zoo + Burj Khalifa Top – Dolphinarium show is awesome (Please carry cash in AED, no cards accepted for procuring NOL Card). Aquarium, Underwater zoo & Burj Khalifa Top are excellent. Since Friday is off, there was a huge queue. Burj Khalifa fountain is superb. Day 7: Dubai Frame + departure – Nice experience in Dubai Frame. Few hiccups here and there. Overall it has been fine and memorable vacation.

Planning was excellent, hotel Jacob garden Bur Dubai was awesome would like to give 5⭐, all road travel transfers guys did their job with perfection, very reasonable package for 4adult, again thanks to Anish Kumar rating 5⭐ and further thanks to Kajal at hotel Jacob garden restaurant staff who served us, would like to give Kajal 5⭐

This was my first Family trip through trip Factory after having all the options from other well known tour planners,

It looked as risk at first but still I decided to go with Trip Factroy due to confidence that I gain while talking with Mr.Prajwal and other online reviews . He is very polite and open to all options as required while discussion. The costing given to me was also comparatively less.

About the Trip , It was well organised as per Itinerary. Well communicated by team trip factory to ensure that I receive timely updates about my sightseeing pick up and drop plans through Telegram app. Overall happy with it.

Hotel Al Manar Grand Apartment at Burr Dubai was very excellent in terms of room sizes / Cleaning / Breakfast / hospitality etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

Only thing in mind we should have been given option for Dhow Cruise Dinner at Marina Creek instead of old Dubai Creek . That's only a small miss but REST ALL WAS UP TO MARK.
