I wanted to share a "Thank You" note to you for arranging a wonderful vacation for My parents. This has been wonderfully managed tour to Dubai. Everything was perfect and especially all the tour guides were respecting timely pick up and drops. The hotel was perfectly located surrounded by Indian food joints. My parents are absolutely pleased with the tour arrangements. Looking forward to take more trips with TripFactory as we go along. Just back from a wonderful trip in Dubai.This was my second Trip with trip factory and it Fun-filled as expected. Mr Prajwal who was our trip
advisor accommodated all our requirements in
the itenary very well. I must appreciate him for
his politeness and patience. Mr Prajwal was in contact when in need and he was able to respond to all our queries. To add on all the
destinations were covered as promised and we had a great time there. Only feed back from our side would be to improve the quality of Desert
safari activity.We were hinted of the
quality of the food, however the organization in the desert safari (Camel ride, attire,seating
arrangement,Buffet service )was pathetic.
Over all trip was very awesome

Areas of improvement :- Pick up from the airport could be fast and much smoother, Dubai city tour will be much better if organised in a Private Vehicle.

I recommend Trip Factory for Dubai trip as i had a very good experience.

Everything was well coordinated in Dubai. Hotel stay was a pleasant one and the staff were very courteous and helpful. However, complimentary dinner at the hotel could have been planned better by Tripfactory.

FYI: People who are opting for Visa on arrival need not carry any documents or submit any documents online before leaving.

We enjoyed our stay in Dubai, trip was well planned as per my custom request, Manu Revath is just excellent in taking my inputs and coming up with all best he can, responses from trip factory and maintaining timing of pick up, drop offs is good too. I still felt we had some time left in batweenvtours each day, could have planned more places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Dubai, trip factory arranged everything according our convineice, the tickets, transfers follow up everything was just amazing, I loved the stay and recommend everybody to use this app, thanks a lot sufiya for being such a good travel expert, had a great time.

Thanks to Prajwal for making it a memorable trip . Very well organised and have already recommended to many . I was so very worried initiatlly but you built my confidence to travel with trip factory for my further holidays .
Couple of suggestions:
Burj Khalifa should be booked during the day or 4-7 pm slot . If you are experiencing under water world at Atlantis not required at Dubai mall
The bday experience for my son could have been given by trip factory by partnering with Hilton on 22 Nd ..... experience counts . Otherwise overall well done and thanks to Prajwal and trip factory

We family of four did Dubai tour. Mr. Many Ravath, we were adviser and did an excellent job and organising the tour. Most of the arrangements were good
But Telegram didn't work for us. Each time we had to post then we used to get promt response. First day was bit tight, because we were just checking into hotel, the driver came to pickup for desert Safari. We couldn't have our lunch. Time we were given earlier was 2:30, but the driver landed tat 1:30 and started hurrying us. Nevertheless trip factory , your are good compared to other estabilsed players like Thomas cook, SOTC , COx and king, both in cost and clarity.

Had a wonderful time in Dubai with a excellent support from Trip Factory Telegram support team. I am surely going to book my next trip with Trip Factory again :)

Sourav offer a good support and good package overall with little ups and down due to change in drop location at Dubai but not an big issue.

Received warm welcome and round the clock support from Clinton in Dubai. Pass my special Thanks to him.
Also Mohammad Khalid was excellent entertainer and helpful in Dessert Safari. He made our Safari more adventure and exciting.

Me and two of my friends planned a trip to Dubai through Tripfactory. It being our first trip we decided to go for through travel agency. We opted only for tour visa and air tickets.

Our overall experience is shared as below:

1. We got the trip customized as per our budget and convenience. The agent put good efforts to get the best deal for us and was very co-operative throughout.
2. We opted for pickup and drop off from and to airport. Vehicle provided was very good.
3. Telegram support was available thought out journey and every query was promptly answered.

Only half day Dubai city tour was not that much good as guide Mrs Mallik was not that much good, she has missed so many things,like mousque etc, she was mainly interested in shopping to be done by the visitors so in that shopping we missed so many things

To begin with, our travel agent Azra was very helpful and patient with all of our requests for planning our Dubai trip, really amazing service provided by her. The best thing about trip factory is that the package is easily customisable as per our requests. The hotel we stayed in was really good, it had spacious and tidy rooms with various amenities like fridge, microwave etc. The breakfast provided was also really scrumptious. Also the cars provided by them were really spacious and clean and up to the mark. We had a really good experience, and we would definitely refer Trip factory for planning our future trips. Good job!

Hotel - hampton by hilton was just apt and suited our requirements perfectly

Transport - 5 on 5 the cabs were there as per the itenary at the right time. Even better was their flexibility to accomodate our delays or early trips and also they were very co-operative when we made changes in our pick up and drop locations which werent part of the fixed itenary. Kudos for that..

Support - prompt and excellent support from the whole team making the whole experience hasel free.

I was a little apprehensive before finalizing the package to Dubai with Tripfactory as have not heard much of them & previously have traveled with Thomas cook. However it came out to be an excellent decision and their services & response time was better than expectations.... Everything from Hotel to transfers to sight seeing is top class & value for money. I think they deliver better than what they promise which made me a fan of Trip factory.. My trip advisor shahul was there to answer to each query every time promptly & with same enthusiasm. I would recommend everyone to try tripfactory & experience the world class services .
