Recently I visited Bangkok pattaya. Package 5 nights 6 days. Daily 1 or 2 places taking sightseeing .afternoon maximum before 4 trip completed. No major places including like marine underworld and tiger zoo.packge is good .but best visiting places not including.

We stayed in 2 resorts - paradise island for 3 nights and adaaran prestige vadoo for 2 nights. Paradise island was a bigger island resort and was kids friendly. Adaaran prestige vadoo was on a very small island and was not as kids friendly (even though kids liked it). The rooms of adaaran were quite stunning. Room service in both the resorts was slower than what we expcted and we had to walk a lot to get to the rooms. There were buggies, but the number of buggies were very little and we could get it only few times (and not always).

For tripfactory, the trip was booked as per the expectations and in the budget we wanted. We were given enough options to choose from and having Anish reachable made it easy to communicate faster and make a decision. Since we were a group, it took time to decide, but Anish helped us in the best way possible.
Tripfactory takes payment in steps, which allows us more time to make the payment for the trip. It helped us manage expenses better.
Possible improvements for trip factory :
One thing that you can do better to to make the vouchers/tickets available little earlier (may be as soon as booking is done). I had to bother Anish a lot of times for getting the tickets/vouches and the only answer he had was that it will be sent by system 2 days in advance. This made some of the folks in our group nervous and anxious.
Secondly, the timings of transfer from one resort to another was not very clear. We had to request one resort to contact another resort and sort out the timings ourselves. I feel this can be better organised by tripfactory by reaching out to the respective resorts. I had also asked for the same on support group on telegram, but i was asked to sort this out myself.

Well organized, good communication, local coordinators were helpful.

Sikkim was our second trip with tripfactory. We went ahead with them again as we were happy with our earlier trip to Kashmir with them. They had organised it well and we used to get a call everyday from them enquiring if everything was going well and as per itinerary and if there were any issues. That was something that surprised me. Will recommend tripfactory to others too.

Everything was managed very well.. on time transport. All places covered as per plan.. was very flexible to accommodate the changes but during last day while we were abt to return to airport. Transport was not arranged as per time and we were about to late to airport and we waited for an hour but false statement provided by trip factory person and lastly we asked to manage for our own taxi and that was the only poor service from them.
But overall good through app communication

Slight glitch in check in times and flight timings else everything went great.
There is too much difference between flight arrival and hotel check-in, no clue what to do in between if hotel does not have room available for early check-in.

Overall: Good but can be planned better. Alleppey was a disaster.

Good:
Driver was very friendly and helpful. Took us around and was always on time.
Hotel locations at Munnar and Thekkady were very good.

Bad:
PMC lakeshore at Alleppey was flooded with water in morning so we were stuck in the room.
Also the room had no water in washroom till 7:30 in morning.
It was not the kind of hotel to be considered as an upgradation at extra cost.
It was 12 kms away from the city so we had to travel to and back for boating as well as the beach in the evening.

Scope for improvement:
You can inform location of hotels in advance.
Like in Munnar and Alleppey, the hotels were 30 mins from the city and at a secluded places.
The access road was bad for the Munnar hotel and took about 30 mins for 6-7 kms.
The locations are great only for someone who wants an isolated stay.

The airlines booked have a track record of being late and had that been informed, I would have taken an earlier flight back.
Both my flight going and coming back were 3 hours late.

The driver was very nice, friendly and helpful but was not easy to communicate as he was not fluent in Hindi or English.

It was very good experience. Everything was managed very well and timely pick up and drop was there. Accommodation was good. Only draw back during the stay is food. In the hotels where breakfast is complimentary, no Indian food was served though most of the guests in the hotels were Indians. Kindly suggest the respective hotels to provide Indian food. Thanks trip factory making my trip wonderful.

Good vehicle was provided and the driver was very courteous and punctual. But the problem was, he did not double up as a guide . Even if he had, it would not have been of no use, as his English was very very poor. When I recommend TF for others, I will caution them about this. aspect.

Booked our Family trip to Dubai through Trip Factory and had a very good experience.
