One of the oldest and most venerable caffes in Rome, Antico Caffe Greco is decorated with paintings, sketches, tapestries and furniture from as early as the 1800s. Though a coffee in this caffe may set you back as much as lunch, its just as precious knowing that Lord Byron, Goethe, Wagner and Liszt among others were frequent guest.
