About

Belgin's Kitchen is a longtime favorite of locals and tourists alike. Making use of a former olive factory, it's a cozy spot for a casual meal, where you can enjoy crispy fried triangular börek or painstakingly stuffed manti while comfortably slouched on the mats and traditional-style floor cushions. It's not one of the town's gourmet offerings, but at least you're guaranteed a bite to eat without emptying the entire contents of your wallet. Belgin's Kitchen has local Turkish musical groups in the evening; get there early to nab the table inside the large boiled-wool traditional tent upstairs (on the roof).
