About

Established in 1998, The Blanco Renaissance Museum Campuan features the important works of Catalan expat Antonio Blanco. Although he was born in Manila, and studied at the National Academy of Art in New York, Blanco married a famous Balinese dancer and settled in Bali in 1952. The circular building with bold decor represents the Balinese world as seen through the artist's eyes. Most of his artwork features nude woman in sensual poses. The place also houses his painting studio, family temple and a gift shop were you can buy books on the artist's life.
