For Bovinu's churrascaria branches across the city, taste + quality + price = success.  The steakhouse chain started in Rio Grande do Sul before coming to São Paulo in 1989. Today, Bovinu's has added a series of self-service "Fast Grill" establishments to augment its all-you-can-eat businesses in Lapa and Jardins. The "Fast Grill" location in Anhangabau also opens at night from Wednesday to Friday nights as a disco, with a DJ and dancing.
