Cafe Lucerna won't be winning any service awards, and the menu offerings aren't anything spectacular, but for a classic Prague cafe experience, this is the place. A lovely 1920s interior located on the second floor of the Art Nouveau gem of the Lucerna passage is an excellent place to wile away a couple memorable hours.
