Caheroyan House, Athenry County Galway, is an award-winning family run country house on an organic farm. As well as B&B accommodation, Caheroyan House offers guests self catering accommodation in cottages surrounding the farm. These cottages provide comfortable accommodation in tastefully restored cottages that retain the character of a bygone age. The Grooms Cottage has one double room. It has a combined sitting room with a panoramic view of the fields of Athenry and the farm animals. There is a fully fitted kitchen, shower, toilet and parking facilities. The Grooms can accommodate a couple.This idyllic location is only two minutes drive from Galway City and 15 minutes from Clarenbridge. It is well served by a public transport system which includes both bus and train, with Galway Airport 11km away.
