Here is irrefutable proof that Hawaii's dining scene is drastically different than what you'll find on the mainland: Canton Chef is a neighborhood Chinese eatery that features some of the most exotic seafood ever to be presented on a plate. Shark fin soup and jellyfish are two of the items found on the menu. The dishes are artfully prepared and presented, although sometimes they are a bit intimidating simply by virtue of the ingredients. Less adventurous appetites can stick with Chow Mein or Mu Shu Chicken.
