The Cathedral neighborhood of Regina is just west of the downtown core, and has the reputation of being the city's most artsy enclave. It's not surprising that this bustling restaurant is one of the area's most noteworthy and innovative restaurants. The frequently changing menu is a bit hard to characterize, but the menu features up-to-date preparations that feature Prairie foods (and fresh seafood) dressed in French and Continental preparations. A roast chicken breast is dressed with Saskatoon berry-Calvados reduction and served with local wild-mushroom risotto, and almond-cumin-crusted halibut cheeks come with lime beurre blanc. In good weather, the outdoor patio here is one of the most popular see-and-be-seen spots in the city.
