This is one of the more informal restaurants at the Hilton and among the first to offer a Sunday brunch. The light and elegant rooms on the ground floor are made even more welcoming by luxuriant olive vines that are open to guests during the winter months. During the summer, meals are served beside the splendid swimming pool with its view of the city.
