Gideros takes its name from Kyotoros Bay in the Cide region of the Black Sea coast. This classy restaurant has had a constant stream of patrons ever since it opened. The delicious house special here is called Laviniya, a dish made from thinly sliced mixed seafood and vegetables sautéed in a pan with a little sesame oil and soy sauce. The rest of the fish menu is well worth sampling too. A Turkish folk band serenades customers who choose to dine inside.
