this is one of the best places to hang out with your friends or even your date once you get here to La Paz city. Cool music, a great enviroment, delicius food, all the drinks you can imagine, there are local and foreign people, and it´s the best in downtown actually. in this place there´s a change to find some other contacts to visit some other places or to do some other activities because there are a lot of touristic information. so now you know a little bit more about La Paz city, it´s just one place but it´s a nice place to start up.
