There is not such things in whole Tajikistan. People here eat a lot of meat and if meat is with hat it even better!!! So, if you want to it vegeterian food, buy everything on Zeleniy Bazar and cook it yourself!!! Nature here is superb, so you can go outside of the city and enjoy your food near river.
