The countries three most celebrated chefs serve a delicious menu of international and Caribbean food, that covers a la carte, fine dining and even an affordable one plate lunch. Set in a fabulous atmosphere you must try the duo of lamb and beef which comprises of rosemary-rubbed grilled lamb cutlets & dried porcini-crusted filet mignon, served on a Bordeaux reduction and porcini cream sauce, whipped potatoes and grilled vegetable stack.
