The Prime Restaurant

BHP Billiton Building Cuisines: American, French

About

A hidden gem housed in a building of glass, this ground floor restaurant is ideal for a semi-formal evening out. The maitre d' will greet you upon entering, and seat you at one of the simple, yet stylish tables. The layout of the restaurant is divided by a red curved glass wall which closes in the open-space. The restaurant woos guests with an evening that includes dinner, desserts, and a fully stocked wine cellar. Try the twin filet medallions served with wild mushroom sauté and 5 pepper cognac cream and for dessert dive into the Godiva molten chocolate cake served with a generous helping of ice cream. - Nadia Ali
