The Museum is a private museum far away from boring formal ambiance of most of the places you will find in Jakarta. The Kite museum is more hommy, cozy, colourful and a simply fascinating. I read in a brochure that the founder of this place is Mrs. Endang W. Puspoyo. Due to her very deep passion for kites, she decided to open a museum on March 21, 2003. It has been 10 years now.
