La Baracca is a bright and modern European-style café bar that is first and foremost all about the joys of pasta. The variety is phenomenal in a hefty menu that resembles a telephone directory. You will be spoilt for choice and somewhat bewildered with so many options including fresh ravioli, fettucine, penne, linguine, bocconcini and so much more. There are lots of vegetarian options along with chicken, beef and seafood, all drenched in authentic sauces, lashings of garlic and Italian herbs. Other choices include veal Milanese and create-your-own calzone pizzas. Come lunchtime there is a decent choice of good value set menus which have become a hit with Sanur diners.
