Learn to surf with Irish Surfing Champion John McCarthy's Irish Surfing Association approved surf school.Absolute first-timer or seasoned professional, you can expect to have a wonderful, safe and fun time in the surf with Lahinch Surf School!A surf lesson is 2 hours and includes both land and water work. Learn tips on surf safety and ocean awareness to help you master surfing the waves. Your surf gear is provided. There are many courses and weekend packages available. Adults can choose from a weekend surfing course (3 lessons), a package surf weekend, or simply a single lesson. Children (8 to 17 years of age) can join our famous summer kids camp, surfing two hours each day, Monday to Friday. During the summer months of July and August they run surf schools from Lahinch Beach, Spanish Point and Kilkee/Dougmore Beach. Join the guys after your lesson at their surf centre on main street and experience the tube of your life! The awesome 'Aileen's Wave' mural from the Cliffs of Moher is not to be missed! Cosy hoodies, funky t-shirts and tasty refreshments also on sale to keep you amped on your journey home.
