Marbella is devoted to being authentically Spanish, from the food to the music. Located just west of the Las Vegas Strip, not far from the Palms casino (Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was formerly in this space), Marbella emphasizes fresh, seasonal, local ingredients when possible. Signature dishes include paella and ceviche. Traditional Spanish cocktails like Sangria, Mojitos, and Caipirinhas are offered, as well as an extensive wine list of Spanish, Argentinean, Chilean, and California wines. Marbella isn't just a restaurant. In the evenings, it becomes a lounge and after-hours bar, but with a twist: expect to find Flamenco dancers and Spanish bands in addition to DJs.
