Metis is the brainchild of the people behind the legendary Kafe Warisan. This fine dining restaurant offers a sensory dining experience by the green paddy fields, in an elegant and sophisticated setting. The decor is contemporary colonial, infused with elegant architectural design elements inspired by Indonesian batik patterns. The menu is a combination of French Mediterranean cuisine, with signature dishes such as Pan Seared Foie Gras, Grilled Australian Lamb Rack, and Swordfish with Artichoke Fricassee.
