Fascinating, small Museum situated within the historical grounds of a former British Army garrison whch was built in the late 18th century. Most of the buildings have been renovated and the complex also hosts a number of small craft wokers and shops with restaurant and tea rooms. The museum hosts a wide variety of local and national pieces including artefacts fom the 1916 rising and Civil war. I recommend a visit if you are in Drogheda, especially good for children to see domestic items from a bye gone age.
