National Textile Museum housed in Building 26 at the PWD Section 70 Lot 50, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur. The architecture of the building is oriented Mughal-Muslims. The museum has streaks of red and white as a result of the distinctive red brick and white punctuated alternately with plaster, characterize adaptation Moghul-style Islamic architecture. The museum entrance is facing Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin consists of two rectangle-shaped pillars that jut out from the wall beneath the dome. There are two octagonal-shaped tower on the side of the building. In each tower there is a concrete dome surrounded by smaller domes. In 2008, the glass lobby space was added in the building and serve as the main entrance to the museum
