This, one of the capital's best Tuscan restaurants, serves Tuscan staples, such as acqua cotta and pappa al pomodoro, as well as lobster, octopus and other fish dishes. One of the charming things about the place is that you can choose your dessert straight from the sweet trolley, a once familiar sight that has more or less disappeared from restaurants these days. Delicious Cantuccini (almond biscuits) go down well with fortified Vin Santo wine. The restaurant includes a non-smoking area. It remains closed on Saturdays (for lunch only) and Sundays.
