Phnom Sampeau

The Phnom Sampeau is one of Battambang's main locations of the killing fields. The phnom has a large cave where the victims, after being bludgeoned or having their throats cut, were thrown away. For tour guides, there are some children who speak English that hang around and will act as a guide while walking with the tourists. Of course, these children will expect some payment in return.
