Rome's newest Michelin star restaurant is an homage to modernist decor and cuisine. Dishes are a spin on Roman food, and also part fusion with an Asian flair. In the case of Giuda Ballerino, location means nothing as it is outside of the city center and thus "off limits" to the hub of tourism, making the experience real and authentic.
