About

Formerly housing the Bank of Nova Scotia, this heritage building on Stephen Avenue is now the home to one of Calgary's fine dining rooms. There are few restaurants this plush in Calgary, with huge chandeliers, marble bartops and a curved Opera House-style staircase. The menu matches the decor, with elegant dishes such as salmon Carpaccio and rosemary-scented rack of lamb with marsala. There is a separate lunch menu, a tapas list in the lounge and an upstairs humidor with cigars and fine ports and cognacs.
