This hipster-heavy lounge and restaurant, with colorful walls adorned with pop art, is my favorite restaurant in Valdivia for its eclectic menu. Standard bistro dishes, such as steak frites, are excellently prepared, and they don't shy away from more creative dishes such as a Tortilla Iberíca (a Spanish style omelet), crepes, chicken curry, and a mousse of pisco sour. Tablas, plates for sharing, pair well with a bottle of wine from their lengthy list.
