Strathearn Historical Park & Museum presents its annual Halloween historical tour, which tells the history of Simi Valley through the device of actors portraying the ghosts of the dead. This is a family-friendly event, appropriate for all ages, not a scary haunted house. Essentially, you will be guided through the park grounds to different historical settings, where you will stop to hear monologues or see short scenes enacted, with the emphasis on history, not horror. There is little spooky about the event except that the characters have come back from the grave to tell their stories at night.
