If you are in Sliema, and feel like Maltese cuisine, then probably your best bet would be to go to Ta Kolina. Is a small, family run business... not too fancy.. just simple authentic Maltese cuisine. A glass of house wine, some Maltese sausages and some bigilla... then off to the main course... be aware though, maltese people love to eat, so be prepared to undo your button while on the table!
