One place which is an absolute must visit when getting to know Stuttgart is this idyllic "Teahouse" with a little Art Nouveau pavilion and a large garden terrace. The terrace and pond that are within the premises at make for scenic seating and the patrons enjoy their tea more. Events are also held at the Tea House as they provide for catering as well, the marble hall below the tea house can take up to 100 people. Hours vary seasonally, call ahead for more further details.
