Ziya, the new Indian speciality restaurant under the direction of the two Michelin starred Chef Vineet Bhatia, presents a distinctive dining experience. The menu explores cuisine from several regions of the subcontinent reflecting Chef Bhatia's understanding and passion for fine food and intense flavours.
Located on the upper lobby level, Ziya features evocative contemporary Indian interiors that are a dramatic play of burnished gold and charcoal. The black granite and dark wood floor augment the delicate trellis (jali) finished in traditional gold leaf work and the burnished gold wall of the show kitchen. This is enhanced by magnificent panoramas of the Arabian Sea through large picture windows.
