Let me first start with the things I really enjoyed.
Hotel stay at Hamptons and Atlantis was amazing. Absolutely no issues with the stay. Both the hotels were extremely cooperative and accommodating.
Scope of Improvement: Coordination between the local team in Dubai and Tripfactory needs to improve significantly. Many a times the pick up drivers were given inaccurate schedules and were different from the ones given to us. This resulted in a lot of chaos.
At the time of arrival in Dubai, my pick up driver was nowhere to be found. I reached the spot well ahead of time and waited for an hour and still there was no sign of my driver, who should have ideally been standing there with a placard.
Tripfactory team/ the driver could be a little more well-informed about the places they are taking the tourist to visit. E.g. they could have told us that Sheikh Zayed mosque provides to women in case you are not wearing appropriate clothes.
Briefing prior to the trip is a must. I was not given one. It should be the travel experts responsibility to ensure that travellers get the briefing. FYI, I had to chase my travel expert for every little thing. I got the visa just two days prior to my departure. The terminal details shared for my departure were incorrect. I had to find that out by myself.
Also, it would be of great help if you can let us know good places to eat, where to buy phone cards etc. all these little things go a long way.
Overall I am happy with the travel as Clinton was kind enough to make alternate arrangements when we needed. I would continue to recommend Tripfactory to others as I have used your service many times before and it has mostly been a pleasurable experience.
