Just completed a 4 member family trip from Bangalore to Central Europe covering 9 countries and back via TripFactory (which had further coordination with ORN in Europe). The overall trip was good and all 4 of us enjoyed every bit of it. Let me start with what went really good.. first and foremost was that it was a really wise decision to go with a group tour since it was first time for most of us and there was too much to cover in 12 days. Managing the logistics ourselves would have been very challenging. It was a luxury to get Indian meals everyday on time. Changing hotels, finding transport and moving across multiple countries, getting right guidance about tiny things like which shop to buy things from, right spot to get a better photo shoot, where to get free washrooms (!) etc could be extremely difficult if we plan the trip on our own. The itinerary was very well planned as it covered almost every important must see attraction across the countries. The mode of transport across countries and cities was meticulously arranged to balance the cost and comfort appropriately. All sought after activities like river cruise in Paris and Amsterdam, boat ride in Rhine falls, cable car and cogwheel train in Zurich, Gondola ride in Venice were well planned. Additionally, we also got a experience of Tram ride after Ad-Hoc group decision.. the intercity bus journeys were very comfortable taking a break every 2 hours.. so never felt a fatigue. Hats off to the tour manager Mr Rohan Apke who knew exactly what people were expecting. Another good thing was that I was able to get my itinerary slightly customised and the related expenses were accordingly adjusted. Tour manager was kind enough to coordinate correctly so that our customised trip gets merged with main group at the end of the day.
Now about what really didn’t go well and could have been easily avoided - Most importantly the communication from local representative. The person must proactively provide detailed information on time. Remember not everyone is aware of the details and customs of specific country beforehand. Also, being part of tourism and hospitality business, it is utmost important for the representatives to always pickup the phone call and respond to queries immediately. It creates a lot of anxiety when there’s no clarity of the plan or when things change at the last moment. In my case, there were multiple instances where there was a clear lack of communication which resulted in chaotic situations. First, the visa appointments were not taken on time even after there was clear instructions provided. There was a great confusion on visa documentation at the VFS collection centre which resulted in wasting full day instead of what could have been just couple of hours. I feel TripFactory must work towards building their rapport with Vfs center so that travellers get a smooth experience. Next, I kept requesting for the written confirmation on my customised itinerary which I never received even until the trip started. Though there was verbal confirmation but I had other linked activities which I could not complete because of lack of this written confirmation. Although, it worked out well after the trip started except for one or two things which were not entertained. And finally, the level of anxiety reached the peak when I got a call a day before travel date requesting to push the travel dates by 3-4 days.. this is the last thing anyone would expect especially if you are travelling with a family which requires a lot of coordination and planning which can’t be deferred until last day.
So barring these few critical glitches, the trip was wonderful.. but TripFactory must definitely work towards coming over such issues so that travellers get a smooth experience. I am still recommending TripFactory because my overall experience by end of the trip was very satisfactory.

I am fully satisfied with the trip organised by trip factory. I enjoyed a lot during my eupore tour. My tour guide Mr Subodh Thakur was really very helpful and supportive.

Thank you all, particularly Ms Sanchaita. She patiently handled my continuously evolving and changing plan, perhaps plan changed not less than 5 times. Would love to have such patience and perseverance in my team members.

It was a wonderful Europe trip, life time memory for us as we surfed in the middle of US -Iran - Israel war, risked ourselves for a thrill and it was a dare devil move and we succeed it. Hats off to Mr. Solomon Nikhil - Relationship Manager who has co ordinated with us for almost 8 months, he has helped us in an every stage, initial booking, Visa, US - Iran war crisis previous trip updates, from the start - (departure from India) to till the end (safe return to India.)& Excellent Captainship & brilliant coordination by Mr. Rohan Apte-Tour Manager, who has managed the last minute changes,/tour members atrocities with a sweet smile without angry 😡.
Our Driver Mr. Sulaiman - (Senegal Saarthi) smiling face & humble human being, who drove all the hills & flats roads at an avg. Speed of 100kmph without any hassle, reaching on time safely to all destinations.
Overall the trip was ike having ice cream on a rainy day. We enjoyed it.😊😊😊

Things to improve.
1. Country wise speciality foods such as Italian Pizza, Belgium Fries,Fritters, etc... can be provided to next tour.
2. Tour grouping can be done regional wise e.g. South,North,East,West considering the language barriers and their food pattern.
3. Some of the Indian restaurants food quality was below par due to which some of the members taken food other than Indian restaurants at their own cost. really it should be improved.
4. Special instructions to be given to tour members that "to bring tooth brush, tooth paste, Shaving lotion, Shaving Razer, bathing soap( only bath lotion is provided), water bottles( 500ml water costs 1 Euro/ 1CHF) as water is costly in Europe and restrooms costs 1 Euro per person in all sight seeing places/ Shops/ Petrol pumps.
5.None of hotels in Europe provided the tooth brush, tooth paste, shaving lotion, shaving Razer. Few hotels provided soap bar. ( Hair dryer in all hotels) In all sight seeing places, we spent an average 6 Euro for water and 4 Euro for rest room additional expenses about 150 Euros which we never thought off.
5. Few hotels were so cramped very little leg space to move around inside the room, it was more of a dormitory/ lodge definitely not like a 4 star hotel.
6. Some of the Hotels booked it was not as per the tour itinerary 4 star hotels. Last minute changes done without prior intimation to tour members.
7. As an advertisement/ marketing and also as a token of appreciation to tour members can be provided with return gifts- such as some Souvenirs or shopping bags, T shirts, etc...

We have completed the wonders of Europe trip with immense pleasure and great achievement. Thanks to Trip Factory and their team ( Mr. Solomon Nikhil, Mr. Rohan Apte,Mr. Sulaiman) & also to enthusiastic,vibrant and cheerful our team members.💯✅ ♥️♥️♥️

Very well organized from Paris to Rome. There was some confusion at the start of trip, may be due to war like situation, my start was delayed by 4 days. But once it started it went super fine.
Rohan ( Tour Manager) and awesome in all aspects. Hats off to him.

Overall the trip went fine.
As an international trip expertise, you can guide better. Team assisted all over the clock which is much appreciable.
Positive:
1. Singapore hotel is good and clean
2. Kids friendly
Disadvantage:
1. Every ticket you booked had some options, standard or express which was never discussed with the customer
2. Hotel suggestions could have been given better. For example the Upper View Regalia hotel in Malaysia was having cockroaches and stinking smell in rooms, unclean room
3. KL Tower Observatory deck had three option till top floor, but the tickets booked for us for lowest deck, which was not discussed as well.
4. If a planned places is close, the alternate is not provided nor even discussed till we raise it
5. The Hotel check-in/check-out time is not in line with next planned activity. We were literally on road with family.
6. The transit from Singapore to Malaysia was around 7 hours travel, where in lunch or snacks was not allowed to be consumed in Coach/Bus during transit
7. The options to transfer, like Bus or train was not discussed or recommended with advantages.
8. Not sure whether the tickets dates are verified before it is shared with us by the team
9. We asked to book food in flights, but it not booked.

It was a pleasant and well organized trip from Trip Factory , particularly Rajdeep has been in constant touch with us from the moment we decided to this trip till we reached safely back to home.

My trip to Europe is happily completed. At the outset,Iam thankful to my tour Director Mr Danniyal for assisting me right from the begining till end of the trip, without his guidance and tips ,it wasn't possible to complete the trip successfully. Also, grateful to My tour Manager Mr Raj Navagrahe for detailed briefing, covering smallest of detail to make our trip comfortable, safe , enjoyable and memorable. Worth mentioning is his positive, and helping attitude .In 12 Nights ,we were able to see what we desired. Arrangements of Food , Accommodation, transportation etc were well managed and of the desired standard. Review of the trip will go incomplete if I don't speak about the Captain of our Coach, Highly Professional, Thoroughly Disciplined, Sweat spoken and last but not the least VERY SAFE DRIVING by him.
However, few points to raise the standard:
1. In restaurants, when halting for meals,proper and standard cutlery should be provided. Sub standard plates and bowls to be avoided.
2. At one place, food was not at all palatable, immediately brought to the notice of Tour Manager.
3. In one of the hotel, size of the room was too small.
4. Initially my visa, which was applied under the guidance of your visa Rep was refused by Embassy due to incomplete and less information provided. However after the discussion with Mr Simon, who assisted me a lot and under able guidance of Mr Pravin, visa was approved. This could have saved money,time and energy.
5. At a place, Bus journey became slightly longer due to unexpected traffic, so became very tiring and exhausted, under such conditions, some eats and drinks may be kept in the coach so on breaks, could be consumed.
6. A little memento with company logo for remembrance like cap or bag may be provided to cherish the time spent together.

Had a great trip to Thailand with Tripfactory. Deepthi, our trip planner was really helpful starting from curating the plan to the end. Telegram group was very helpful in cordinating and reminders.
Overall had a good experience with Tripfactory and will surely recommend to others.

Overall, hotels were very good.
1. Sea shell Port Blair - excellent hotel, helpful staff, good (but expensive) food, very good breakfast spread. Location did not have other restaurants, etc around
2. Havelock - Symphony palms beach resort - The rooms given to us were old and at the very end. But rooms were good. Breakfast had a decent spread. Food was good, but very expensive, but there were excellent dining options nearby. Location was excellent - right on the beach.
3. Neil island - Aquays resort - Rooms were very good, breakfast spread was good, but food was OK-OK only. There were excellent dining options nearby. The hotel seemed to have lot of "rules" stuck everywhere (like dont dry clothes outside, etc which seemed very prohibitive and restrictive)
4. Port Blair - Sea Shell Coral Cove - Amazing rooms, helpful staff, good (but expensive) food, very good breakfast spread. The best hotel in the whole trip

DRIVER STARTED DEMANDING EXTRA MONEY TO SHOW ADDITIONAL PLACE NEAR GANGTOK. WHEN REFUSED STARTED NON CO-OPERATION..

I recently traveled to Sikkim with your arrangements covering Gangtok, Pelling, and Lachung. I would like to share my appreciation for the way the trip was organized. The itinerary was smooth, accommodations were comfortable, and the overall coordination made the journey enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Sneha Pradhan for her excellent travel coordination. She ensured everything was well managed and provided timely support whenever needed.
One point of feedback: on some days there was a lot of traveling, and the remaining part of the day was left free. It would have been even better if those free periods had included visits to nearby places or short activities to make the most of the time.
Overall, I would rate the experience 4.5 out of 5. It was a very good trip, and I am happy with the service provided.
