I can say I am almost content with overall experience though there was some hiccups on the first day itself. But it was solved quickly once I got in touch with TripFactory team (It is a bit difficult). Mr. Pradip Das, Mr. Nasir Guroo and above all CEO Vinayjee were very helpful and they acted promptly. I know it is a vast customer oriented industry and needs constant reinventing of things. So I put below my few observations on positive note..
Improvement needed - Customer Service and back office people (They have not yet responded my emails) The contact person should be available or in touch ( Not happend in my case. I had to call again n again with no results) The curt language used in chat window which could b little soft with curtsy. The Stay and Food quality at Gulmarg and sonmerg was below expectation. If the airline is lowcost like INDIGO and food is not served in flight then it should b told beforehand. 000 The PLUS Points The entire tour travel arrangement. Excellent Driver of very helping nature. Overall stay and food. 000 I am willing to give these people another chance for improvement on certain factors and areas. And I will certainly go on another tour with Trip Factory in near future hoping they will take note of my observations.
