Ms.Ananya - Trip Adviser was very helpful from the start of our conversation in planning the trip, she guided us at every stage and was very accommodative in answering our quarries at all times and used to follow-up constantly, even she used to pickup mu calls after office hours to clear our doubts at any time.

Every thing was awesome except the hotel in Bangkok - BANGKOK PALACE HOTEL. The hotel was unclean, there were cockroaches in the room, cracks on the wall, bed sheet was dirty, towels were old and torn also the food options in breakfast was disappointing. Choice of hotel could have been better, rest it was a great experience. Transfers were smooth, coordination with the team was very easy, sight seeing and city tours were great with private vehicle.

The trip was overall beautifully planned and customized as per our needs.
Only 1 problem we faced was with the hotel in Phuket, I think even the staff at trip factory is not aware of this. The hotel is extremely far from the main market which is Patong Beach and in Phuket, cabs and tuktuks are costly.
Only this recommendation, please give a hotel in Patong Beach for guests to enjoy Phuket as much as they enjoy in Krabi. Rest everything was fine.

We planned our 7 days trip to Thailand. Our travel agent Ms. Kajal was helpful from the beginning to smooth our experience as this was our first time booking. Kajal kept me guided throughout the booking process and trip; The property she had booked for our trip reflects the grandeur of the city it is in. A suggestion would be cab drivers in Singapore - couple of times it was difficult to locate them as they either didn't pick up the call nor it was connecting. It would be great if you can ask the cab driver to reach out to us & share the cab number along with the driver details.
