Our journey to the Andaman Islands was not just about places; it was a canvas painted with the laughter and joy of dear friends. Chidiya Tapu beach set the stage for shared experiences, and as the sun dipped below the horizon, it marked the beginning of a chapter where first-time explorations and beautiful memories would unfold.

Navigating the sea on the Nautika ferry to Havelock was a collective adventure, where the rhythmic waves echoed the excitement in our hearts. Havelock, an undiscovered treasure, welcomed us with open arms. Nemo Cafe became a hub of delight, and our friends reveled in the first-time exploration of its vibrant atmosphere – the music, the dance, and the pure joy created an ambiance of camaraderie and discovery.

Radhanagar Beach, with its mesmerizing sunset, became a backdrop for our friends' first-time encounters with nature's wonders. The hues of the sky reflected in their eyes as they captured these moments, creating memories that would forever be etched in their hearts.

The thrill at Elephant Beach unfolded as a playground for water activities. Our friends, embarking on these adventures for the first time, found joy in the playful dashes of banana rides and the daring escapades of octopus adventures. Each wave and laughter echoed the spirit of newfound experiences.

Neil Island, a hidden gem beneath the waves, offered our friends a chance to dive into the crystal-clear waters. Scuba diving became a shared venture into the unknown, where the underwater world unfolded like a storybook filled with colorful sea creatures. Their expressions spoke volumes – awe, excitement, and the sheer joy of exploration.

Thanks to Trip Factory, particularly Spandan, our friends' first-time explorations were carefully orchestrated. His planning ensured that each water activity and scuba diving experience was not just an adventure but a gateway to creating beautiful memories. Everything was nice, the car availablity in Neil was horrible. They seem to be occupied a lot and didn't prioritize us much

Had a fantastic experience with Trip factory during my Gangtok trip in Jan 24 .

Feedback for future:
1. We had a city tour and places covering in this tour was not shared earlier while planning.
2. While planning, advisor could have asked if we wanted to take fast track tickets to venues.

Overall Wonderful trip. Well planned and well executed. Did not have to think about anything while on trip other than following the itinerary. The team was super helpful with whatever queries I raised before/during the trip as well.

Ananya has been a great support . This is is my second trip with Trip factory. I must say , i had a very good experience with the Ananya and rest of the team. Initially we were hesitant to go forward as there were few Covid rumors' running around in December. However Ananya and her manager gave us some contacts at Singapore who are currently staying and helped us to get the real time feedback. There was a very good follow-up on how the trip is going on on a day to day basis which i really appreciate. Very good suggestion on Hotels and Itinerary was customized as per our needs.

Trip factory has made our Thailand trip memorable one. Superb service with quick response in case of any query or adding anything to current package. Ground support was very fast and quick. Overall I will recommend Trip factory if you want to have hassle free experience.

Overall good experience but not recommended one as the initial offer and final offer just before the travel is different. Travel agents should be vocal on what they really have in plate to offer. after making 80% payment things start changing. Really paid atleast 3000-4000 TBH (Rs 10000) extra in our trip for guided tour

Entire trip was went well especially Mr Periyaraj helped in making trip comfortably as this was our first experience at abroad.
But B/fast at Hotel was not good.Since majority of occupants are Indians ,they would have provided atleast some indian B/F like Poori ,dosa ,alu parata etc.,
