Sarah Tabassum review by Rakesh

I would like to thank Sarah for arranging such a wonderful trip. Last time during Kerela trip she did a nice job. This time the accommodation was awesome but the services are worst. During dinner time they told buffet would start at 8PM but till 9:15PM dinner buffet wasn't started. Even though they have power backup they didn't use the generator almost all for 5 hrs in the night time. Literally my wife was requiring hot water during night time bcoz of health issues and so cold whether condition but we couldn't get hot water. Even I tried to call reception as we were staying in 3rd floor but the intercom was dead. This was really disgusting. But I appreciate Sarah's hard working and Ismail's support at our need.
