1. Backend operations have to be improved drastically at Trip factory. too many mistakes in booking and the itinerary. right from booking flights to confirmation vouchers.( which we got at the last hour; drivers details shared at boarding of flight after calling the backend office and Mr.Pradeep).
2. Please don't pass three star hotel as five star hotels.....it is very unfair.
3. Cheating and fleecing by the local guides, drivers could have been warned in advance.
Overall we had a good trip; could have been better with slightly better quality hotels (I don't mind paying more; anyways the website books on some initial payments and then confirms on full payment only). Thanks to Mr.Pradeep for all the help. Next time i will look forward for a better planning from the "back- office"
