The experience with Priscilla and TripFactory was a good one. The booking and trip management was hassle free , the hotels and places booked can be better but that was a fault on the part of the hotel staff. Overall, I would recommend TripFactory. Keep up the good work. Also, the driver provided should double up as a guide, at least somewhat .
