Tripfactory is simply the best. We had the best trip of our lives using tripfactory to dubai. All the visa processes and everything were done very smoothly, I would love to recommend everyone tripfactory.

Initially I was planning this trip with the competitor (big brand name) but they turn out to be cheat (I dont know whether I can name them here, but short form I will mention TC). And I had only 1 week to go, I contacted tripfactory and within 1 week we were able to travel to dubai.

Enjoy a lot, saw burj Khalifa, dubai mall, dubai frame, desert safari, miracle garden, global village, dubai marina, la mer, city walk, old dubai, dragon mart. Did lots of shopping.

Trip was good , activities timing were nicely informed on Telegram. I thoroughly enjoyed in Dubai.
Ony the conecrn was the indian family joining on sharing cab were not arriving on time infact 10 minutes was the maximum waiting time and the driver used to wait for 30 min, and this give you less chance to enjoy once you reach your activity point.

You are great ,you made my day's of Dubai easy. I felt every time you were by my side as a guide.I my self always prefer an Indian company .I recommend every Indian to use such company's to empower our Indian and strengthen them by using such companies. Everything was well arranged. All the drivers were very friendly. Gave sufficient time for sightseeing. The hotel was superb. U made the international Dubai trip less expensive. Because of this less expenses common man could also afford Dubai trip. Credit goes to you guys.

I have travelled to Dubai from 25th to 29th of January 2020. Overall experience was very good. My advisor was Shalini Sharma who has provided customised package as per my requirement. The stay Raviz center point hotel at Bur Dubai was good. The receptionist of the hotel Ms Sukhwinder Kaur was very helpful, she has provided early check in at 11.30 itself ( even though the actual check in time is 2pm) and provided the top floor (7th floor) as requested by me. The communication through the Telegram app was very helpful, the customer support team responds to the queries immediately.

Positives:
1) Communication through Telegram app during the trip
2) Cistomization of the trip as per my requirement
3) Arrangements of the cab on time ( except once, where it got delayed by 45 mins)
4) No hassles during the trip

Need improvement:
1) My advisor Shalini was very supportive and helpful throughout but was not aware of the correct process / meaning of the voucher and which tourist spot tickets will be provided in telegram app
2) The communication about the pick up and drop timings was very general and not customised. For eg: Last day my tickets were booked for Atlantis aquaventure from 10 am to 4 pm but the message says your check out time is at 12 noon and your flight is at night 9pm so you can utilise this time for personal shopping etc.

Actually these were not negatives but needs improvement. Overall my experience with trip factory for the Dubai trip was excellent and I recommend others to utilise their expertise in arranging the tours. My family members were also very happy. It is not that absolutely there were no hassles, but those were not directly under the control of trip factory.

From the choice of Hotel to travel fleet partners everything was good.
It was a hassel free travel.
Travellers if u really want to enjoy Dubai keep a day spare .Every place u visit needs minimum of 5-6 hours
if u r a shopaholic keep entire day for Burj Khalifa + Dubai Mall

First time I booked my Dubai And Abudhabi tour with Tripfactory. The experience of tour was an awesome. Arrangement of iternary was well. Grayton hotel was also too good. All pick up and drop arrangement on Sharing basis also too good. Tour guide and Drivers are with well manners and good knowledge of city. Buses are neet and clean.
Specially thanks to Fouzia to well arrangement of Iternary, entire tour is enjoyed properly and peacefully.

We planned our Dubai trip just 2-3 days before our scheduled flight bookings. Trip Factory spoc( Neha) was patient enough to revise our itinery request for 7 times and tailor it as we needed. ( Thing that could have been better is educating us about the terminologies they use like SIC , Pvt transfers etc , also advise to avoid overpacking the itinery)

We reached airport and were confused with no number to call or seeing no placards with our names, thankfully with free wifi and charge in mobile the help on a telegram was useful for Careem taxi pickup ( Things that could have been great: having someone with our name card at arrival, just reduces anxiety)

The sightseeing plan was well managed, with proper pick-up and drop to hotel. As most of the places at Dubai are huge and involve lots of walking - the leisure time at the location was limited, also as you travel in a group the discipline to adhere to agreed timings is well maintained.

Drivers are well behaved and practise good punctuality , it will be difficult for someone who has no respect for time or is with IST mentality.

Overall I am satisfied with the trip conduct and the support. As for the first time i took a conducted tour, I got my learnings.

Positives - Trip was organised well. Entire team from trip factory did a good job. Ground support at Dubai made hassle free transport arrangements. Itinerary was chalked out well. We enjoyed the trip. Hotel suggested was exactly as we wanted for a family of four. It was clean, comfortable and served a wide breakfast spread which had Indian items. Thanks to Maria for coordinating the trip from the beginning and answering all questions and concerns over whatsapp and phone. Thanks to Sowmya for suggesting some additional attractions which were worth visiting. I would definitely consider trip factory for my next trip.

Negatives - I was apprehensive initially as there were no updates and I was following up for each and everything. All fell in place once full payment was made. Most of the communication happened in the last two weeks. They should fix a calendar of actions once a trip is booked to avoid following up. I faced some issue at the time of check-in at Dubai hotel as they had not received payment from trip factory. This could have been avoided by making payment in time. Visits to some attractions were back to back without a proper break for lunch. It happened on our last day when visit to Miracle garden was clubbed with desert safari. We didn't get any time to freshen up or have lunch at the hotel. There is nothing available at desert safari. After going there we realized that there was no need to pick us up so early for desert safari. That day's planning was not done well.

Other than these few negatives, whole trip was nicely organised.

Our recent visit to Dubai was planned through TripFactory in such an excellent manner that we didn't face a single problem from start to end. Everything was so well coordinated and accurately planned as per our needs and itinerary. Salman helped us a lot initially and the rest of the team was also in constant touch with us on Telegram to focus particularly on the queries (if we had).

First things first: Jeevandhara has been very supportive & patience with all my queries and I would like to use this platform & appreciate all her good efforts. With regard to Dubai Trip- everything was meticulously planned & executed in a fabulous manner. Just one advice - Half Day City Tour could have been better & i would have appreciated if the tour guide concentrated more on City Tour rather than doing push sales (by making us visit to different Art Galleries) and secondly, the Dhow Cruise was am disappointment. First, I was booked to sit with my family (I was not even asked for my choice of seating) on the lower deck & when requested the Cruise Manager to shift me to the upper deck which is open & one can get a good view of the city, I was bluntly denied of the same. Minus these two experiences, I had an wonderful & memorable tour.
